Position Overview
Position: Remote Agent/Client Service Partner (CSP)
Location: Remote (USA)*
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Schedule: Flexible scheduling after training. Hours are based on yours and client program availability.
Pay Range: Starting pay ranges from $12-18 an hour.

Basic Qualifications
Must be a U.S. citizen residing in an eligible state
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Successfully pass a background check and client assessments
Available to work 15+ hours per week
Fast learner and comfortable using technology
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently

Equipment Requirements
Processor (CPU): Intel® Core™ i5 (7th Generation) or newer, Intel® Core™ i7 (5th Generation) or newer, Intel® Core™ i9, AMD Ryzen™ 3, AMD Athlon™ 3000, or a higher equivalent processor
Memory (RAM): Minimum of 4 GB (8 GB recommended)
Storage: 60 GB total capacity required (80 GB of free space recommended)
Operating System: Windows® 11
Headset: A USB 3.0 port is required for compatible headsets
Monitor: Two monitors are highly recommended, but not required
Laptops: Acceptable ONLY if they meet the requirements and are hard-wired
Connection Type: Ethernet (hard-wired) connection only. Wi-Fi connections are not permitted.
Minimum Download Speed: 30 Mbps.
Minimum Upload Speed: 10 Mbps.
Maximum Latency: Less than 50 ms.
